Richard V. Spencer is the Managing Director of Fall Creek Management LLC, which focuses on value enhancement of private companies through capital investment and advice. He is former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE-ICE), the leading electronic commodity futures exchange and former President of Crossroads Investment Management LLC, a venture capital and private equity funds investment firm. He spent 16 years on Wall Street in investment banking services, strategic advisory services and capital markets under writing. Richard has a B.A. degree in economics from Rollins College. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Richard served in the U.S. Marine Corps and in the fleet as a Naval Aviator.

Tom Colella is the Vice President Executive Recruiting for Walmart, with focus on Asia and Latin America supporting Walmart's continued international growth.  As Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International, he conducted senior-level searches in the industrial, aerospace, and defense sectors. Tom served in both Bush administrations, most recently as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. From 1991 to 1992, he directed nationwide compliance of the Student Financial Aid Program at the U.S. Department of Education.  Tom is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Emory University. He served five years in the United States Marine Corps and returned to active duty in 2004 to serve in Pakistan with Operation Enduring Freedom.

Rep. Alex Cornell du Houx currently serves the people of Brunswick (District 66) in Maine's House of Representatives. He serves on the Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee, is chair of the Veterans Caucus, and is vice-chair of the National Council of State Legislatures' Energy and Agriculture Committee and sits on their Criminal Justice Committee.  Alex attended Bowdoin College as a George Mitchell Scholar. He joined the Marine Reserves in 2002 and was deployed to Iraq with the Marines' Alpha Company in 2006 – where he spent a year patrolling the streets in and around Fallujah. After his return, Alex continued his work serving Maine's communities through community and public service.  He also works with the Truman National Security Project on national security and energy issues.

Simone Lightfoot sits on the Ann Arbor Board of Education. Appointed to fill a vacancy in 2009, she ran for the seat in 2010.  In 2008, she was recruited to join an elite team of field operatives to manage on the ground operations in the presidential primaries in South Carolina and Indiana.  She has served as the elections coordinator for Wayne County, the 13th most populated county in Michigan.  Lightfoot led NAACP statewide operations for the 2004 Illinois senatorial primary.  Her career also includes work for the American Red Cross, the Michigan House of Representatives, and a stint as a policy analyst for a Detroit radio talk show. A Tuskegee Airman, Lightfoot was trained in the area of airlift support and assigned to the Dover AFB 436th MAW Aerial Port Squadron.

Seth Lynn currently serves as Veterans Campaign's Executive Director, managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.  Prior to founding Veterans Campaign, Seth served as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Officer in the Marine Corps. Seth deployed to Kuwait, Iraq, and Japan, and also participated in the Indonesian tsunami relief effort. Before leaving active duty in 2008, Seth spent two years overseeing a Marine Corps Reserve Center in Tampa, Florida, and spent two summers studying intensive Arabic at Middlebury College.  Seth graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2002 with a degree in Political Science, and recently earned a Master’s in Public Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He is a member of the Marine Corps Reserve.
